We want to expand the ministry in 2011 so Lil Sizzle’s minstry will be makin some big and small changes. The goal and new slogan is to "REACH&INSPIRE". So we want to build a team (FIRE SQUAD)which will consist of .....

Lil Sizzle (and maybe 2 or 3 more artists), a booking Manager (for each artist), Project Manager, Marketing Team, Street Team, Online Street Team, Producers, Musicians and exlusive DJ. (This IS NOT A RECORD LABEL). The goal of this team is to expand the ministry, reach more people, open more doors, and launch the christian hip hop to the front.

What we will do. .

Fire Squad is about outreach.

Members will be very active behind scenes and on the frontline.

We want to take it to the streets downtown and other parts of the city and give to the homeless and people in need like what you saw on Shine TV (www.howishine.com).

Street Team will promote different events (pass out flyers @ events, skools, other public places)

Online Street Team will promote events online(fb,twitter, email, and more)

Marketing Team will help brainstorm new marketing strategies for artists and/or events.

Project Manager will organize events, keep team organize, contact outside sources, and manage projects keeping everyone on the same page.

Producers, Musicians, and DJ will work side by side with artists to create and deliver explosive and life changing high quality music, performances, and worship.

All teams within the FireSquad are encouraged to participate in outreach activities. The more peopel we can take to the streets the bigger the impact.
